About me
I’m a journalist and copywriter but I like to branch out as much as possible. I gave up my full-time job as a chief sub two years ago and moved to the countryside to go freelance.

I graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with a 1st in English, I also have a Master’s degree in contemporary fiction and a postgraduate diploma in magazine journalism. I spent my twenties and early thirties working for a variety of women’s magazines and becoming familiar with all the best bars in Soho. I now live and work mostly from my home in Sussex, but I also travel to London and other areas nearby for work.

In my spare time, I love scouring antiques markets for interiors finds, running, cooking, eating (to combat the effects of the running), blogging and researching new and interesting ways to turn toast into a meal.
